I have more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. I have been associated with a variety of projects both as a consultant, architect and project manager at C25 companies and large public organizations.My core competences enable me to solve complex IT-problems in large organization. My role is often to address the most critical challenges of a project in relation to ensuring progress and delivery on time. Be it in the field of supplier management, technical challenges, stakeholder management and crisis management and in the implementation and contract negotiations.I have extensive experience connecting the business part of an organization with IT solutions and making sure that all participants understand each other to provide the best possible solution. My beliefs are that communication across the value chain is the primary tool in understanding the real problems and finding the right solutions. I have been responsible for project management of a wide variety of projects including implementation of legislation like GDPR, MiFIDII, upgrading core systems, infrastructure strategies and management of public procurement.
