As Taylormade Products has been brought into the family of wooden pallet and container manufacturers under the United Pacific Forest Products label, my position and responsibilities have been retained by our new ownership. I continue to be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of all phases of creating material, constructing, and shipping wooden pallets and containers. I am responsible for hiring, maintaining, and directing staff of over 50 employees, as well as for designing and implementing improvements to safety and training programs. With the addition of new and updated equipment implemented under our new ownership, we have vastly increased daily outgoing product and significantly reduced necessary time to turn product and get it shipped.
