I am the Service Territory Manager for Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. I manage a team that services and installs Fluoroscopic, Radiological and Interventional diagnostic medical equipment. I work to provide support for accounts that generate over $1.5 million in annual service revenue for the company. I also review employee expenses, write yearly evaluations, coordinate manpower, review preventive maintenance schedules, interview new hires and request/coordinate OEM training while also working in conjunction with Project Management on new constructions while submitting required local and federal paperwork. I also handle service calls as necessary.

I worked as a Field Grade 2 Service Engineer at CMS Imaging installing and repairing a multitude of Radiological and Fluoroscopic equipment ranging from Fuji, Canon, Konica CR/DR digital plates, Neusoft 16/64 slice CTs; Del medical, Quantum, Shimadzu Multi-purpose Digital R/F and Interventional Systems. My job consisted of working in a customer-oriented environment on an individual basis, while operating under a team leader.

I was a partner and service engineer for Superior Imaging Services. This included sales and service on a multitude of diagnostic medical equipment that I learned from years of service and various OEM schools. I presented sales quotes for service agreements or used equipment sales. I also respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repairs as needed on equipment

I diagnosed, repaired and performed preventative maintenance on diagnostic medical equipment including fluoroscopic Ziehm , KMCs; Single and Multi-slice CT Scanners from Picker and GE, Control X radiographic x-ray and some lab equipment. I dealt with 3 phase 480V power issues that included step up transformers, motors, and motor controls. I also can maintain and troubleshoot DICOM modalities and integrated systems with PACS with a knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems and commands from previous experience on CTs and network degree in Computer Science.• I created a compatibility database for matching various hard drives and monitors with systems• Implemented a new training program and trained new employees• Increased first call fixes by monitoring parts usage and creating car stock

I repaired and troubleshot modern office systems. Managing Microsoft Servers that included reloading the operating systems and uploading firmware updates on equipment from laptop, loading applications and antiviruses, designing and configuring networks and printers, performed board level repairs and evaluated network security policies. • I worked from Shop technician up to Systems Engineer• Supported new business management and OCR software• Researched and implemented Remote Desktop and virtualization applications• Configuration of VPN’s and firewalls
