Supervisor & Import Parts Customer Service - Managing the plant and training employees to make sure all paperwork and special orders are filled in a timely manner. Assist other plants with their work load. Help prepare for furniture markets. Expedite delivery of parts to other facilities.• Team Leader - Maintain inventory records and assign teams to designated departments. Roses• Assistant Soft Lines Coordinator - help managers organize soft lines and fill in for them when absent.• Cashier - Conduct cash, check, and credit transactions• Floor Associate - Put away customer returns. Unload merchandise from trucks and relocate to corresponding department on sales floor. Consolidate inventory to make room for new merchandise.• Customer Service Associate - Receive and relay phone calls to appropriate departments. Reimburse customers for returned merchandise. • Layaway Associate - coordinate customer accounts, payments, and merchandise.
