Maintaining a surplus of computer from, I-Pod's, laptops, desktops to phones. breaking down into a system to restructure the OS to work on the Fiat Chrysler database. My main task was repairing the PC's that where not near lease. My responsibility was to diagnose and repair the issues with the PC whether it was a OS issue or component failure. Most time requiring me to fully disassemble the PC Taking re-imaged PC's and replace any computer that was near the end of the lease. This replacement process required me to backup all data and transferring it onto the new PC. My goal would was 5 to 6 data backup/restores going at once throughout the whole facility and this included installing any programs that where not on the PC from the re-image. This process was also done to the old PC as well. This also required me to travel quite a bit to the other plant throughout the United States and Canada.

Maintain a fast food retailer in a mall. Working a 8 hours shift with anywhere from 5 to 12 employees at once. Night responsibilities was locking down the store and making sure the paper was filed correctly. I moved to another franchise to work while attending collage and worked my way up to the same title after in less than 2 months
