Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy in Wire & Cable global market for rubber, thermoplastic, peroxide and radiation crosslinkable compounds in granular form manufactured with Banbury internal mixers and strainer extruders• Grow industry awareness of Mixer SpA products, capabilities globally, through customer presentations, marketing materials, advertising, press releases and trade show participation.• Plan, coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies for global product lines • Lead and manage customer strategic partnerships and toll-compounding agreements• Manage sales agents and distributors in Europe, Asia, North and South America• Lead outside studio in creating new company logo, marketing brochures and website• Write press releases for publication in print and internet media• Product training with selling strategy for use by sellers and for agents to customers • Travel to customers, partners globally
