I have over 20 years experience in Educational, Hospital, Nursing Home/Retirement Communities, Correctional Facilities, Industrial and Commercial Construction, Including one of the largest green high schools in the state of PA.Most of my experience has been in the public school construction market, I was a owners representative for 12 years with the Veterans Administration, involved with the planing and renovations or construction of medical facilities.I take pride in developing and maintaining long range client relationships through open honest and fair communications in a timely manner. Every client is the only client I have when I'm with them. I do everything possible not to mix projects . I keep my Architects/ Project Managers abreast of all important issues as necessary in the event they are contacted by a client, code official, engineer they are not caught off guard, and an overall update of the project in general weekly, via report and or face to face if necessary.In addition to my professional experience I have Military ExperienceUS Navy Construction ( CB's) 1968 to1972 Active Duty Project Planning Navy Training SchoolsPublic Works Facilities Management SchoolUS Navy Reserves Construction 1975-1990
