Throughout my 21-year career at CSC, I consistently demonstrated my expertise in finance, rising through the ranks from Financial Analyst and Director to ultimately serving as VP of Finance, leading a team of 3 Directors and 5 Analysts.During my 6-year tenure as VP of Finance, I played an integral role in driving the company's growth, which doubled in size with financial backing from private equity, primarily through strategic acquisitions.Highlights of my contributions include:Overseeing the enterprise budget process for a company with $1.2B in revenue, $360M EBITDA, and $200M in capital expenditures, presenting to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.Implementing dynamic financial models that provided multi-purpose projections for operations and strategic planning, including the potential sale to investors.Serving as a member of the M&A Steering Committee since 2006, closing $1.2B+ in acquisitions and adding $360M in revenue, including $60M+ of synergies.
