Kenneth brings over 35 years of experience in senior delivery, finance and business development roles. For the past 19 years, Kenneth has been an advisor working with public and private sector clients on optimizing their business support functions (Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Contact Centers and Procurement). Kenneth’s skills include merger and integration support, establishing shared service organizations, due diligence, ERP implementations, program management, business case management, benchmarking and supporting clients with the execution of their sourcing strategies. Kenneth has significant experience structuring and negotiating complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transactions and Information Technology (IT) transactions both as a service provider and as an advisor to clients. Kenneth also brings broad leadership experience in both financial and operational management.Prior to his work as an advisor Kenneth was with EDS, AT&T and Sapient. During his 14 years with EDS, Kenneth held a series of positions with progressively increasing responsibilities. These positions included serving as the Financial Officer for EDS’ Northeastern U.S. Business Unit headquartered in New York City ($1.4 Billion in annual revenue) and serving as the Financial Officer for EDS’ Global Financial Markets Group based in New York City ($225 Million in annual revenue). While at EDS, Kenneth also played a senior role as part of the business development teams on two key successful sales pursuits: 1) NASD ($1+ Billion in total contract value) and 2) Electronic Broking Services ($500 Million in total contract value).In addition to his experience at EDS, Kenneth served as a Financial Vice President for AT&T responsible for their business case group and served as the COO for Sapient Corporation’s Financial Services Industry Group.Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from UTSA
