The goal of the business validation test team was to test the end to end solution across KP MA from a user perspective. -- Organized execution of business validation testing between 10 applications, 1 external third party vendor and 10 state exchanges end to end with a constrained high risk schedule. -- Prepared and hosted test summit meetings to inform and educate the business.-- Testing included the validation of 60 detailed business processes, encompassing 500 total requirements, across member administration, financial management and customer service in each KP jurisdiction. -- Worked with the business after implementation to troubleshoot new problems and develop practical policies and procedures based on test experience.
