September 2014 – Present (8 months)Uganda FCA Lacrosse is a sports ministry that aims at grooming Lacrosse athletes of great character ,integrity and respect .Uganda FCA Lacrosse reaches out to athletes through Lacrosse while empowering and developing teamwork , integrity excellence and sharing in communities• Leadership: Communicate and work with the executive board, internal operations team and possible sponsors about our establishment and expansion prospects.• Brand Development: Doubled participant and coordinator in a two team series Christmas Challenge Cup aimed at keeping the game growing at different venues within the country and this received national media attention.• Youth Empowerment: Mobilize both large and small groups of students to oversee different aspects of the game expansion .
