Investment webinars (2021)- Event OIC- Tasked with kick starting an investment talk series for SAFRA Mount Faber target audience of PMETs. Duties include sourcing for suitable partners, research on suitable topics as well as the vendor sourcing and understanding of how to create a webinar. SAFRA X Home Reno Expo Roadshow (2021)- Event OIC- Primary event person for the collaboration with VEHS.com for this initiative with limitations of Covid-19 phase 2. Plan and negotiate with partner for sponsorship as well as event planning. Worked alongside event planner from VEHS.com to produce the onsite event with accordance to regulations. Facebook Engagement/Content Production (2020-2021)- Event Team Lead- Sourcing for partners and storyboarding the videos for online interaction with our members on Facebook together with my team. SAFRA Family Day Out n About (2021)- Event OIC- Team lead challenged by the management objective of having a hybrid event, the team conceptualized an online program that both engaged our members as well as our long time sponsors to help support local businesses. Mainly involved in conceptualizing, sponsorship garnering and management of team progress and budget. To go above and beyond, as the Event OIC, I learned how to edit my own videos to help push publicity. Video was shot on phone due to budget constraint and edits were done in-house. The event was a website based event in which our participant has to go out to various locations to hunt for specific answers. By participating, participants get to stay safe as they are not required to interact with any staff member or member of public, all they have to do is to bring their family out to enjoy the park and find the answers in the process. Participants who answers the questions stand a chance to win sponsored gifts that were really attractive. Conceptualizing of the event mechanics, website planning, story boarding of video were all part of the overall experience gained.

SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & ARMY Half Marathon 2017. - Organising Secretariat- 5 kilometers Fun Run OIC - Volunteers OIC - Pacer OIC. SAFRA Family Day Out. SAFRA Awards 2017 SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon 2018. - Sponsorship OIC● Sourced and secured sponsorship dollars set by management. Role includes the planning of sponsorship tiers, cold calling and communication with potential sponsors, drafting of sponsorship agreements as well as the negotiation of potential deals and coordinating with the Communications department for the execution of reciprocation to sponsors onboard. The increase in sponsorship was largely due to the proposal of new Race Pack Collection format, which creates more space for sponsor booths as well as more opportunity to capture the natural footfall of the mall that we went to. Coordination with the communications department was key to execution of the reciprocation, which requires constant follow up and counter checks to ensure all reciprocation are with accordance to terms specified in the contract. Preparation with the communications team in identifying the key reciprocation package was integral to the complete package that was drafted and tailored to the needs of each sponsors. Sponsors expressed keen interest in following up with all upcoming SAFRA event as well as the 2019 edition of SAFRA Singapore Bay Run and Army Half Marathon.- Street Side Festivities OIC. Sourced and coordinated the street side performance along the route for runners to enjoy. SAFRA Awards 2019 Logistics planning for all program from awards ceremony’s lighting, staging, sound system and decoration to Dinner logistics for performance and stage effects.

Started the company from scratch and turned it profitable. Managing the events and finances of the company and brought in clients through a diverse range of contacts. M3P take on events such as corporate D&D as well as corporate team bonding and cohesion. Primary role is to manage the client accounts and negotiating deals for the company. There was also heavy involvement in all planning to execution of events.

Put together a capable team of personnel to handle various types of events. Helped the start-up from being unprofitable to becoming a profit generating operation. Garnered multiple event contracts through contacts and network.

Finance Jan 2010- Jan 2012Key Achievements: Was put in-charge of 8 different roles at one point of time to cover for the lack of personnel in the unit due to overseas exercise. Was presented the Best Soldier of the Month in December 2011. Asst. SecretaryNDP Show, Logistics and Finance Department Jan 2011- Sep 2011Key Achievements: Handled the sourcing and purchasing of props for the act. Was also involved in the tender process for the NDP Show and Logistics requirement. One of the few non-regulars entrusted with key-responsibility.

Shortened the process and paper work of member shortlisting and organized memorable events together with the Event managers at SDU.
