As part of the Essential Support Services team, which consisted of only 6 members, I provided support to businesses worldwide for technical enquiries. As well as analysing clients’ streaming scenarios and networks, I would troubleshoot any issues that arose whilst planning, setting up and deploying a streaming platform. I had to ensure that the clients are working with the best possible setup for streaming video/audio.During my time there I gained knowledge on all of Real Networks' applications, in particular the Real Networks' (Helix) Server's and Real Networks' Real Producers. I was able to build upon my previous experience and specialise in the encoding and streaming side of video production.

As part of Adobe's Video Team I assisted with and advised clients on the end to end production of their projects. My role included advising on hardware and software prerequisites for a successful completion of a project.As part of Adobe's Technical Team I provided technical support to Adobe’s Clients using any of their video/audio/effects software like After Effects, Encore DVD, Audition and Premiere Pro.In this role I had to troubleshoot problems that could arise in the end to end production of video and audio projects which were to be output to DVD/Web/Streaming/Mobile Devices.During my time there I became an Adobe Certified Expert and Instructor in the use of Adobe’s Premiere Pro. Since output formats varied greatly I needed advanced knowledge and understanding of video and audio codecs.
