Dr. Kenneth M. Moss is a management professor at Saint Leo University. Formerly, he served as a career consultant with Right Management and the owner /CEO of Strategic Leadership Development Group, LLC which specialized in leadership training including leadership assessments, personality typing, organizational effectiveness, and organizational development. With over twenty-five years in organizational leadership, he is becoming known as an expert in mentoring, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and International Leadership Association. The Capstone of his professional career includes retirement from the United States Army after twenty years of distinguished service. He uses his vast experiences and knowledge to help leaders and organizations improve performance and effectiveness. His clients are Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and a diverse group of public, private, and international firms. His most recent research examined the relationship between transformational leadership and emotional intelligence development. Dr. Moss holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Organizational Leadership both from Regent University. He possesses a Masters of Management Science degree from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Columbus State University. Additionally, he has certifications in Emotional Intelligence with Multi-health Systems and Talent Smart.
