-Assist Director by working independently in development of identifying risk and opportunities to assure alliance with organizational strategies.-Provide weekly supervision to team of 8 Case Planners in the unit, which includes both clinical and administrative support to monitor and ensure New York City child welfare and program compliance and best practices are utilized.-Schedule and interview client interviews telephonic and in person.-Attend regular scheduled client quality checks independently to maintain oversight of Case Planners workload.-Plan, coordinate and facilitate unit meetings and trainings.-Provide instruction, supervision, mentoring, training and guidance to Case Planners.-Review, and approve all case documentation.-Provide supervisory recommendations on employee documentation on case notes.-Review case histories to provide Case Planners feedback on case assessments.-Develop Standard Operating Procedures for Case Planners to ensure efficacy in work processes.-Prepare a variety of documents such as Correspondence, forms, written and oral reports spreadsheets, etc that is presented to Senior Management.-Develop and provided monthly, quarterly, and annual ad-hoc analytic reports to Director, CEO , and Board of Directors. -Provide Director with performance appraisal recommendations for Case Planners.

*Optimizing client outcomes by delivering empirical research on programs to aid in referring families for assistance, delivering statistical & analytical services reports for cases managed and producing monthly client progress/outcomes reports.*Provide support group & short term individual services to clients to fulfill health, economic and social development needs.*Compose and submit financial reports to judges, attorneys and all court process stakeholders. Analyze system improvement plans & county self assessments to maximize plan efficacy.
