• Led and coordinated the annual departmental budget process for 82 entities (including 16 hospitals), including consolidating the budget at various levels, implementing budget process improvements, maintaining the budget application, and implementing a new capital budgeting process.application• Implemented Kronos Visionware for SSM Health Care’s 16 hospitals which automated daily and biweekly productivity reporting and eliminated over 100 manual reports

• Led the financial review of strategic financial plans, facilitated complex projects involving interaction and communication with finance staff and entity personnel across the system, assessed proposed leases to ensure financial feasibility and policy compliance, and prepared summary reviews of capital projects for system management• Implemented EPSi’s Enterprise Budget Manager at all SSM Health Care entities, which resulted in a statistic-driven budget and improved department manager accountability• Standardized clinical and non-clinical departmental units of service across SSM hospitals in order to improve benchmarking and promote sharing of best practices related to productivity improvements and cost reductions
