I have been a Tax Partner at EY since 1993 and retired in June, 2017. I am currently associated with EY on a contract basis. I have served in leadership roles for EY while functioning as a dedicated client server throughout my career. I have an extensive background in tax, project management, systems, processes and tax planning strategies and successfully developed and implemented ideas and solutions with many multi-national companies. My ability to present and communicate tax in a succinct and understandable manner to executives as well as building teams through mentoring, training and inclusiveness, has enabled my success. My client activities involve identifying critical needs and creative ideas and forming, coordinating and managing teams to implement processes and/or strategies. I have a hands on approach and will roll up my sleeves to insure the success of a project. I have taken great pride in mentoring and training many of our people throughout their careers and have been successful in promoting many to Partner and assisting others in finding and succeeding in positions outside of EY.
