Primary focus was business development, team leadership, strategy, and financial responsibilities for all teams involved with engineering projects through its complete lifecycle: initial contact, proposal development, contract capture, program planning, program execution, recruiting, program metrics, internal technical reviews, and final project delivery. Hired with the responsibility of incorporating, staffing, and the start-up of the U.S. division (Long Beach, CA) of a $100+ million Austria-based company. Key accomplishments included development of the operational foundation and processes, leadership team staffing, new revenue capture, establishing an FAA repair station and development of market strategy. Customer base included the airlines and airframe manufacturers.

The activity supported the interiors segment of a new aircraft development program.
