- Write and maintain Maintenance Policy Manual- Obtain necessary licences / ratings / approvals - Liaise with regulatory agencies and customers- Negotiate contracts- Conduct Internal audits- Write Operations Manuals and Maintenance Control Manuals for other operators/start-ups and assist in obtaining AOC & CTA licence.- Forecast and maintain staffing levels- Oversee all aspects of AMO conducting regular maintenance on GA aircraft structural repair of various aircraft types.- Oversee and conduct line maintenance on numerous heavy aircraft types (over 10,500 turnarounds to date)- Provide consulting services to various entities (insurance companies, air operators, etc)

- Write and maintain Operations Manual & Maintenance Control Manual- Obtain necessary licences / ratings / approvals both initially and on an ongoing basis- Liaise with regulatory agencies (TC, CTA, etc)- Coordinate, conduct and record Pilot training- Plan and coordinate the maintenance of company aircraft- Maintain Pilot Duty records- Liaise with clients- Conduct Internal audits- Write Operations Manuals and Maintenance Control Manuals for other operators/start-ups and assist in obtaining AOC & CTA licence.- Forecast and maintain staffing levels- Fly Company Aircraft (Cessna 180, 185, Piper PA28, PA32, Beech A65-8200)(Floats, wheels & skis) on missions including Offshore Iceberg Research / Recon, Remote location support, Hunting / Fishing Operations, VIP Charter, Exploration / Mining support, sightseeing, wildlife survey / radio telemetry & aerial photography.- Provide float training to licenced private and commercial pilots
