Experience:• Mechanical design of automated twin robotic cells to inspect and sort foam products. • Mechanical design of 5 robotic cells to remove and process various-sized 2-wheel and 4-wheel wheelie bins. • Mechanical design of semi-automated automobile instrument cluster assembly and inspection line.• Collaborative mechanical design of 7-robot cell to assemble and bond glass oven doors.• Collaborative mechanical design of 2-robot cell to assemble and bond glass oven doors (similar functions to previous project with fewer robots). • Collaborative mechanical design of robotic cell to assemble vegetable crates.• Collaborative mechanical design of a robotic cell to pick and place promotional POS flyers. • Collaborative mechanical design of a clean-room automated pressure sensitive adhesive tape application on a lab-on-chip robotic cell. • Collaborative mechanical design of a clean-room automated lab-on-chip assembly robotic cell.
