Senior Solution Engineer
CurrentRole & Responsibilities:- Pre-sales support for enterprise engagements across Flexera’s solutions (IT Asset Management, lifecycle management, SaaS, FinOps, risk & vulnerabilities) aimed at helping customers attain IT visibility in discovery / inventory, optimize IT spend, achieve software compliance, enhance service management (ITSM) and strengthen security posture- Ensure technical wins on all deals through product demos, technical / ROI workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to drive sales closure- Lead RFP responses on technical, security, solution architecture and tender presentation while managing timelines and contributions across internal teams and partners- Drive thought leadership though technology roadmap session with customers, partner enablement and supporting marketing efforts Notable Accomplishments:- Exceed yearly sales quota across 2022 - 2023 (107%) with average deal size $400k USD across key verticals (BFSI, government, manufacturing, retail)- Successfully led multiple POCs against 2 week timelines while exceeding success criteria and demonstrating value of the solution to drive deal closure- Conducted partner sales / technical enablement sessions across 6 regions in 2023 - 2024
