Serve as Product Owner during the transitioning of Horizon Software's core Food Service Management solution from a license and maintenance model to a SaaS model. Work as Product Manager with both design and development teams to build Solana a cloud-based, enterprise food service management suite. At the same time serve as Product Manager for Horizon's Legacy product OneSource driving customer satisfaction in order to protect maintenance revenue while driving new recurring revenue with Solana. I served as Product Manager for Horizon Software's core food service management solution to over 700 school districts across the country. This included Los Angeles Unified School District, Gwinnett County Schools, Cobb County Schools, Fulton County Schools, Hillsborough County Schools, San Francisco Unified School District, and many others. I served a dual role as both Product Manager and Business Analyst on the team while also providing support to the sales team as well as the support and implementation teams. Lead the implementation of OneSource a complete enterprise food service management software solution for the SFUSD's (San Francisco Unified School District) student nutrition services department. This included implementing a POS solution in over 100 schools as well as transitioning Inventory and Menu Planning from manual systems to an automated, integrated solution.
