But a successful new producer can generate organic growth, ignite other producers in the agency, and even become an important piece in perpetuation planning.I am recently retired from the State Auto Insurance Companies where I was Director of Sales Development and co-founder of the highly successful PaceSetter Sales Development Program. Previously, I was an agent, agency sales manager, Director of Training, and CIC National Faculty Member. I hold a Master of Science in Management degree from the American College, and the CIC, CPCU, CLU, and ChFC designations.I am now an independent consultant and coach, serving independent agencies looking to improve the odds of a successful new producer hire. I think my background and experience uniquely qualifes me for this role.
