As Executive Director of Operations, I was responsible for the daily operations of all business areas except sales and finance. My primary goal was to build and lead a growing IT service organization, enabling it to deliver high-quality managed services with minimal and reduced costs. This was achieved by creating a great workplace environment, new employee performance programs and business process improvement/automation.

As Managing Director, I led iRep (now GreenMind) through a successful transformation, guiding it from an entrepreneurial venture to a leading Danish service provider. This strategy created a highly cost-effective and scalable organization, well-positioned for future growth. My final year saw phenomenal financial performance, with revenue skyrocketing 281% and gross profit nearly reaching double the previous year. The company was aquired by Blue City and rebranded as GreenMind.

As Head of Service Solutions delivered by ADmire, where I was responsible for the following departments: Servicecenter, Callcenter, Procurement, HR and IT. During this time ADmire tripled the number of employees, was named as Gazelle three times in a row by the financial newspaper Børsen, and established itself as one of the largest Apple Authorized Service Providers in Denmark.
