Channel sales : - design a channel strategy for the region- hire and manage a team of channel sales managers to execute on the strategy (8 FTE)- design tools and processes to support scale and growth (partner program, deal registrations, back end rebates, partner certifications, MDF, and more)- drive the transition from a hybrid (direct & indirect) to a pure channel only business model- support local sales teams with tactical activities as needed- collaborate closely with local marketing and our channel network to generate pipelineBDR (Business Development Representative) :- create the BDR function at Yubico, define the BDR team responsibility, processes, KPIs - hire and manage a team of BDR (6 FTE)- implement the relevant tools to enable BDRs for high performances- collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximize pipeline generation- collaborate closely with local enterprise sales teams to identify and execute on high potential campaigns
