Consulted and developed strategic plans using experiences and industry best practices to ensure successful technology deployments.

Managed the replacement of a paper-based financial planning model with a Web-based platform. Managed all aspects of product development and project implementation cycles for driving new business functionality. Lead multi disciplinary teams, implemented controls and procedures to insure on time, and on budget delivery of initial software release, as well as all updates.

Built a business unit from the ground up, providing financial planning services for individual retail clients and privately held businesses. Hired, trained & managed 60 financial planning experts to partner with Financial Advisors to develop client-appropriate planning strategies. Built operational processes and subsequently managed daily operations.
