I assisted OCIR's FOIA coordinator with the processing of FOIA requests to include reviewing documents to determine responsiveness, and serve as the lead for ensuring testimony is promptly posted to the OCIR website. I'm also a member of OCIR's Correspondence Improvement Team and assist with organizing activities around the implementation of the new procedures for processing congressional correspondence.

I completed all activities related to the analysis, determination, tracking and review of executive communication. I proofread and edited mission-critical correspondence for the Administrator and Deputy Administrator facilitating substantive and thorough responses.I played a key role in handling essential executive correspondence by precisely and thoroughly preparing packages for the signatures of the EPA Administrator and Deputy Administrator. Additionally, I was the principal team member responsible for training all correspondence headquarters and regional staff on the standard operating procedures of EPA’s Length of Service Awards. My responsibilities also included monitoring, identifying and assisting with occurrences of missing time and labor data.

I was assigned to EPA's Office of Public Affairs in Chicago, Illinois where my duties included composing press releases about grants and awards given by the agency to wastewater treatment plants. I also served as a liaison between the agency and media for coverage of personal visits by the EPA Administrator to the region.

I collaborated with colleagues on key issues related to the Office of Air and Radiation's Human Capital Initiative. While analyzing participant evaluations, I was assigned to write and brief the Human Resources Staff Director on the final report for the National Coalition Building Institute Diversity Training.

I presented reports and statistical data to senior managers regarding employee assignments within the agency. As a member of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation Team, I offered substantive feedback on matters pertaining to the facilitation, collaboration and public participation of the conservation of the North American environment for the benefit of present and future generations.

I achieved community buy-in for military post policy implementation as well as composed human interest stories for the post publication "The Missile Ranger". Additionally, I created television scripts for cable access channel program “White Sands Week”.
