Business Process Modeling (BPM) and Use Cases for Dynamics AX Implementation at Strike Energy Business Process Models were created for all major Strike Energy Processes within the Strike Energy Companies. Business processes modelled included Projects Delivery, financial processes, AP, AR, GL and HR. They were developed using Visio 2010 in Cross-Functional ‘Swimlane’ style. Both Current State (Pre-Dynamics AX) and Future State (Post-Dynamics AX) models were developed. These models were used to determine current business workflows. These workflows were then used to determine the business process changes and improvements for the Dynamics AX implementation. Use Cases were derived for some of the more complex activities such as invoicing and requisitioning. HP Application Development for Cenovus WebRAT enhancements project. Petro Canada, Calgary Alberta On Contract from October to March 2008 Petro-Canada is one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies, operating in both the upstream and the downstream sectors of the industry in Canada and internationally. Petro Canada is implementing SAP throughout the organization. The first phase of the HR systems conversion involved integrating all of the existing web based HR .NET applications at PC into the new SAP intranet portal. The CEO indicated that we had reduced managers HR paperwork to 10% of what it used to be.Was the Business Analyst and Team Lead for a team of 4 developers, a documentation specialist and tester. Did planning, estimating, database design, coordination with the HR business and IT department, developed the System Architecture, screen design and workflow. UML was used extensively. Developed a distributed .NET windows and Web application to create and track Human Resources documents such as Hires, Terminations, Transfers and Leave of Absences. The application had a workflow component so that managers could approve documents via a web interface from their pc, notebook or blackberry mobile platform from anywhere in the world.
