About Ken White

After law school, I clerked for a federal judge, then worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in Los Angeles for six years, eventually prosecuting fraud cases in the Government Fraud and Public Corruption Section. I spent five years at big firms in the private sector (Paul Hastings and Sheppard Mullin), then in 2005 started my own firm with my law partner Tom Brown. Since then, Brown, White & Osborn LLP has grown into a 12-attorney firm. We specialize in all forms of criminal defense (especially, but not exclusively, white collar crime), internal investigations, and business litigation of all kinds. I focus on those areas and on First Amendment litigation. My goal is to continue to build Brown, White & Osborn LLP into one of the elite white collar defense boutique firms on the West Coast.Specialties: Criminal defense, internal investigations, business litigation, First Amendment litigation.
