Human Resources Generalist
Current- Prescreening, Interview, recruiting new hires.
- Performs benefits administration, change reporting, data collection, reconciling and approving invoices for payment, open enrollment, and communicating benefits information to employees.
- Maintaining contact with corporate office for any needs or daily reports.
- Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
- Utilizing ADP to Assist with corporate payroll, Perform Payroll Audits, Manage Active Employees, Etc.
- Prepare daily reports for Management.
