Project Manager
Current• Manage flow of all reporting and historic project files, correspondence, documentation• Plan, organize and implement systems for efficient document processing of all comuunications, consult and/or subcontractor documents, design documents, construction documents and other internal or external communication• Coordinate project data with team and subs to ensure accuracy of cost and schedule as related to internal objectives and contract requirements• Coordinate the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team or other functional groups• Coordinate staffing requirements, assign and supervise project work activities and train personnel on doc control requirements• Implement system improvements as needed to promote efficient data collection and distribution• Monitor and verify BIM team drawings update needs and record drawings issuance to client• Participate in pre-construction meetings to ensure contractors know and follow doc control procedures/policies• Train project team in document control requirements, including file structure and file locations, file naming conventions• Work directly with Client to confirm its document control requirements are met• Serve as active member of closeout team, helping to ensure receipt and distribution of all project closeout requirements
