Provided residential and commercial broadband and phone services. I created the RFP that went to 14 potential contractors to assist with designing a fiber optic network for broadband services. I was directly involved in selecting and implementing the software products used for operations of the broadband company. Also, directly involved in the broadband network design and support.

Managed a team of IT professionals. I have been the primary decision maker and strategic planner for Northcentral Electric's Technology over 13 years. Some of the major changes include creating and on-premises Windows Active Directory environment which included Exchange and SharePoint. I then migrated this to Microsoft Azure and M365 hybrid environment. I've also implemented Cybersecurity policies, Help Desk ticketing system, network monitoring, video surveillance, card access, ESRI Mapping system, GPS Tracking, mobile workforce and many other systems.

Used experience as a business owner and IT professional with an understanding of business processes and accounting to help my customers select and implement technical solutions. Provided all levels of IT services to 43 customers, including network design and support, WAN/LAN implementations, Firewall and Router installations using Sophos, Barracuda, Watchguard, SonicWALL, Cisco, Adtran, etc.… Multiple Windows Server and Exchange server installs. Responsible for 5 site roll-out of Active Directory and Exchange 2003 for Chromcraft Revington Corporation. Provided Project Management of multiple contractors for services not provided by ACS.

Designed, installed, and maintained LAN’s, WAN’s and Servers for multiple customers using Cisco, Adtran, and Bay Network routers, and Windows or Netware OS’s. Setup numerous site-to-site connections.

Professional Service Manager for Branch. Managed team of 23 network and system engineers. Managed Internet Service Provider called PowerServe. Worked at Promus Hotel Corp. on largest NT rollout in Microsoft History as Distribution Engineer. Created NT server and workstation Build and QA documents for building servers.

Responsible for Managing 15 Technical Support Representatives which includes scheduling, reporting statistics, and training. Also, responsible for technical support to both IBM and OEM customers over the phone. Assisted in the implementation of Remote Q call screening which included managing 107 remote people located nationwide. Accountable for monitoring the Local Area Request system and dispatching TSS CNE’s in the field. Also, worked for Special Contracts group in Administration providing technical support and monitoring calls for OEM contracts to make sure that TSS Engineers met the Terms and Conditions of the contracts. Furthermore, helped design and implement quality system which TSS used to become ISO 9000 registered. Assisted in creating a Tools and Parts Web Site for TSS

Handled project management and responsible for design, installation, and support of radio frequency and hardwired data-collection systems, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation systems, and Token-Ring/Fiber-Optic Network systems in a manufacturing environment. Supported Fortune 500 customer base that covers four state area. Also, responsible for hiring, training and managing new System Engineers. Wrote quotes, proposals, and system overviews.
