-Serve as Case Manager for Consumers Energy's ongoing 2023 Electric Rate Case, guiding 30+ business units through the case development process to develop and submit the case on time.-Develop and execute regulatory initiatives in partnership with Consumers Energy internal electric business partners through interactions Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC), MPSC Staff and other interested parties through venues including rate cases, workgroups, technical conference, formal comments, and other avenues. Provide regulatory guidance and support to CE teams including Distributed Generation, Electric Supply, Electric Operations, Electric Engineering, Contracts and Procurement teams, Infrastructure Attachments, Supply Chain, and more.

-Front Line Supervisor responsible for the planning, organization, coordination, evaluation and supervision of unionized employees assigned to the operation, maintenance and construction (OM&C) of Consumers Energy gas services-Serve in regular 24-hour on-call rotation to be available to provide direction and support to Gas Service employees assigned to 2nd and 3rd shifts and emergent on-call rotation.-Direct investigations into and responses to emergent situations including gas leak investigations, damages, fires, and explosion scenarios in compliance with Company and MPSC standards.-Recommends proposed changes and enhancements to systems and facilities operation; responds to customer complaints and requests for information-Regularly coordinate and provide input to Scheduling, Planning, Design, and Customer Energy Management to ensure timely completion of customer work.-Inspects job sites to check on work progress, assures satisfactory completion and plans new assignments-Prepares requisitions for operations and maintenance supplies, equipment and materials and supervises special projects as required. -Conducts regular safety meetings; investigates and completes necessary incident reports and accident reports; maintains records, prepares and submits required reports for appropriate agencies.
