Support the sales organization in executing proof-of-concept trials and other pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations, and respond to requests for proposals.ACCOMPLISHMENTS- Developed high quality service offerings and education materials for standard product training classes.- Achieved near 100% customer retention through successful delivery of implementation services, and generated repeat business as a result.
