As the Assistant Manager of OMNI Operations, I serve as the backbone for my team's success. By keeping back of house operations running tight and smoothly, I enable my team to focus on customer interactions and sales. In addition to my back of house duties, I also support front of house by serving as a an exemplary role model for customer engagement and sales.Here are some examples of how responsibilities that I perform that allow my team to succeed:-Manage and maintain back of house operations such as OMNI channel fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management-Facilitate operational excellence through completing regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, supply management, and completing required operational reports such as DIARS and markdown reports-Support front of house operations through enabling associate sales goals through sales coaching to build product knowledge and hard and soft sales skills-Nurture customer experiences through encouraging strong product knowledge and visual prowess-Support Visual Merchandising efforts through assisting with floor set placement and regular replenishment and recovery-Assist General Manager's tasks such as scheduling, sales forecasting, and facility maintenance
