This achievement validates my Project and Program Management skills.I have many examples where I have excelled when facing new challenges. I became a Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing expert when I moved to Oracle, both completely new to me. I also obtained a CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) certification, confirming my status as a master instructor.I leveraged my BI skills with a move to Zimmer. Once again, something new: inventory management. Within a year, I was running Operations for the business this multi-state business and responsible for $275M of inventory.Change Management is a major part of any company’s agenda and another area of expertise. I have continuously proved that I can lead sales and operational staff in making major shifts and do so productively.
