Interviews persons seeking services to gather information to verify eligibility for benefits; provides case management and makes referrals to other agencies as appropriate. Conducts reviews for continued eligibility with each client as required by law; gathers and verifies updated information which is required in order to continue benefits for various programs and to prepare documentation for continued benefits.Maintains a current knowledge of all federal and state regulations for all programs administered; attends required training and assists in the training of other economic support specialists.
