As IT Manager, I continued to have all duties of the IT Assistant role and more. I have become well versed in network traffic management, FTP, Apple File Protocol, Network Attached Storage, Avid ISIS/Interplay, server maintenance and upkeep. Through all of my new responsibilities, I was keeping up with my graphic design and motion graphics skills through use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects on several different projects that came through the company.

During my time as the IT Assistant, I was able to implement many new workflows to expedite old outdated processes while documenting all steps taken to do so. Much of my time was spent managing end user support and computer upkeep, including updates, and new software trials to help end users continue high functionality in their every day job.

After finishing up my internship with Powderhouse Productions, I was kept on and off for DVD production and poster design for different series. I was also responsible for unified motion graphics for a show pilot for Animal Planet.
