• Review and process the reimbursement of the properties operating expenses.• Review and process the properties collection, front money, and operating bank account reconciliation.• Enter fixed assets data into the system and process the monthly depreciation from the system and the quarterly report package.• Assist the operating departments with the monthly analysis of P&L statement.• Prepare the quarterly and annual Mics86 report and match up with the internal auditor.• Prepare transactional activity and record in general ledger in a timely manner.• Reconcile the general ledger accounts in a timely manner.• Prepare necessary reports for property finance related to the department financial data in a timely manner.• Review and prepare the monthly account analysis.• Ensure accounting records and practices adhere to MGM Northfield Park accounting policies and remain standard across all business units.• Engage, entertain, and inspire all who visit the Property by making a focused commitment to ensure our guests receive at our Resort.

-Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for integrity and resolve any discrepancies to management-Support, develop and maintain effective communication and excellent relationship with internal customers (included but not limited to business units, operations, property CFOs) including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met. -Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned projects and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively within the department-Participate in continuous measurement, development and improvement of customer service quality and efficiency with and on behalf of senior management across the Finance Shared Services Center -Participate in LEAN educated training and offer ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement -Support Company strategies and business plans to meet the individual and departmental performance requirements-Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits. -Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and innovative ideas and communicate them effectively. -Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions.
