I produced a communications strategy for the launch, developed promotional materials and evaluated the campaign.I also planned and managed the organisation’s first community open day at an ambulance station. As well as promoting the event, I arranged an official opening ceremony with the local mayor and organised stalls, vehicles and staff for the day. I carried out an internal communications audit to help inform a new strategy for communicating with staff and supported the development of the trust's handbook for its board of governors.
