CurrentTechnical:- Build the indoor positioning system to serve multi-million transactions all over the globe- Build clean architecture for the whole system, including Hardware, Mobile App, Micro-service, Web, and Data analysis.- Enforce the code quality by TDD approach, including 99.99% code coverage, 2-week release cycle, 5-minutes automation test, and SOLID principles.- Research and Develop new concepts for long-term goalsManagement: [Vision] - Identifies priorities or technical opportunities - Set direction for the team. - Communicates clear expectations and an actionable plan to motivate the team to carry out its mission [Build Team] - Building a diverse and talented team with a broad range of experiences and strengths to drive team goals - Coaching ongoing and constructive feedback to maintain high performance. - Develops engineers into strong contributors and leader [Deliver Results] - Lead a cross-function team(s) to deliver high-quality technical output on time - Provide clarity and structure to ensure the team focuses on the right tasks. - Remove roadblocks or barriers and makes good trade-offs regarding the risk and rewards of decisions.
