Rainier Outdoor Designs is the company that I have started my first product, TorchGlo, under.TorchGlo began with needfinding and gaining insights into the current needs for campers and hikers by immersing myself in their culture and experiences, eventually honing in on the ability to create ambient lighting where a campfire isn't possible. I iterated through several prototyping phases and rendered my product and silicon injection molds with CAD software SolidWorks, designing my own CAD parts and tooling. After crowdfunding the capital for production, I worked with a manufacturer domestically and overseas to produce TorchGlo and fulfilled hundreds of orders placed during my Kickstarter campaign. As the Brooks Run Happy Island Brand Ambassador, I partnered with accounts ranging from small SRAs to extensive marathon expos to put on events featuring customer acquisition, gait analysis, and grassroots brand exposure. We traveled around the country and internationally to set up massive event activations and spread Brooks's "Run Happy" motto. By working closely with the Brooks Events Marketing and Sales teams, I ensured the "Run Happy Island" Tour was effective in spreading the Brooks philosophies and ideologies, wrote recaps for these activation events, and conducted sales analytics for regions around the country.

Provided high school cross country and track athletes with the coaching they needed to perform at their peak both physically and mentally. I try to spark enthusiasm in young runners to adopt a healthy lifestyle for the rest of their lives and have a bunch of fun watching them improve their race times, mileage abilities, and self-confidence.

Upheld the quality of dining clubs for over 60 students by ensuring club maintenance and quality of services. Hired, trained and supervised a staff of 15 student employees. Facilitated communication between chef and students to ensure customer satisfaction.
