WHO I AM: firstly I am passionate about helping people unlock the powers within them that have been chained by fear and circumstances, as I believe that enabling marginalized people can bring in the next wave of innovation. For the past 7 years, I have worked at the heart of global media and Tech; specifically Advertising and PR driving business performance through advertising and PR in the most widely connected institutions across Africa. I help to drive strategic policies and as such, I have met and worked with some of the Youngest and narrative-changing minds on the Continent. I am a change agent and a continuous learner, and I believe that we must continue to iterate ourselves till we achieve our goal of Equity, inclusion and diversity for everyone. My journey of becoming a change agent with sight set to the stars has allowed me to embody various intersecting identities, engage in the hard conversations, make Pivots and work with senior leaders to adopt their roles in creating enabling environments for all.
