Led the technical design and engineering leadership of AgriWebb from starting with a basic MVP with 20 customers, to a $100 million global company with 14 million livestock across 100 million acres across the globe. AgriWebb is committed to delivering the digital future of agriculture; transforming global cattle, sheep & dairy production with farm management software key to profitability, provenance and sustainability across the supply chain. AgriWebb is Australia's market leader, with 15% of the national cattle and sheep stock are managed on the platform. It is growing across Europe through a recent acquisition and rapidly expanding internationally including USA, South Africa, New Zealand and Brazil.

Started a record label in 1998. Stopped day to day work in 2004 but continued on as a director. Employed 5 people across A&R, artist management, marketing, merchandise and online store. Ranked best independent Australian record label in 2012 (AIR), and has had numerous top 10 albums (including #1) and ARIA nominations. Artists include Hermitude, Horrorshow, The Herd, Okenyo, LFresh the Lion.

Mainly worked in product development for WCM, Portal's Web Content Manager, part of the worldwide Portal ~600 strong development team, responsible for serving and managing content to 2 billion people through many of the top companies internets & intranets (Airlines, Banks, Retail, Government etc). WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Application Server. Java, J2EE, Javascript.Also 2 years part time stream computing research working remotely with IBM Watson Lab. Using bio-inspired computing techniques such as morphogenesis to help design decentralised stream processing.

Organised a national conference for independent record labels to gather and discuss issues such as distribution, marketing, and exports. Invited selected overseas record labels to attend and speak. Received 2 years funding from Australia Council of the Arts through their business development program. First year saw 48 Australian labels attend, and the second year saw 95. Conference is still going though it now focuses more on the artists.
