Growing up as a stage professional, I gravitated towards stage combat as a natural outlet for my athletic abilities. I have had one-on-one training with a mentor with over 20 years of stage combat experience, and I have worked with numerous choreographers in a variety of different fighting styles, including armed and un-armed.I am available as a stage combat choreographer, consultant and performer.

As a freelance film professional in Oregon and Southern Washington, I worked on everything from commercial spots and industrial films to independent shorts and full-length features.I held a variety of on-set positions, including PA, craft services, grip, stunt rigger, production coordinator, fight choreographer and assistant director. I've also worked in post-production, both as a supervisor and coordinator, as well as an editor.

During my time with Delphian, I oversaw the production and distribution of all video marketing content for the school, along with providing Audio/Visual support for the organization.In this role, I brought to bear all my talents as a film professional, acting as a one-man video production team. While I oversaw a team of students who filmed and edited their own videos, I was responsible for filming, editing and finishing the majority of video projects for the school's promotional campaigns.In addition to creating promotional videos, I created internal content and videos targeted towards specific audiences for the school's Admissions Team. I also produced multi-cam live streaming events at least once a month, including live streaming the school's commencement ceremony at the end of the year.

A graduate of this singular private K-12 school overlooking the Willamette Valley, I returned with my growing family to become a teacher myself.

Digital Signage is still a relatively new and unknown industry. While airports, bus stops and train stations have been using televisions and monitors for years to communicate to large masses of people in public places, it's been less than a decade since the technology and innovation of using digital displays in retail and similar settings started to become prevalent.As Director of Marketing for Flixio Studios, I acted as educator and advocate for Digital Signage and DOOH [Digital Out Of Home] Networks. Since Flixio specializes in premium content creation, my focus was on shedding light on the merits and rewards of high quality, customized content. From daily emails with media representatives and people new to the digital signage space, to giving talks and attending trade shows related to the industry, it was my pleasure to demystify Digital Signage and the content that is driving the industry.

As Director of Communications for this award-winning production studio, I helped develop and maintain an online social media presence, investigated SEO and analytics strategies, and drafted copy for press releases and branded promotional materials.

As Production Coordinator for Funnelbox, I assisted producers in every aspect of pre through post production for projects including commercials, promotional videos, music videos, and industrial films.

It was a pleasure to work with this outstanding theater company over the course of three seasons. I was able to put my variety of technical skills to use in different roles as the needs of each production changed. After a youth spent in the performing arts, it was an honor and a privilege to be a founding member of this theater company aimed at providing theatrical opportunities for teens. In addition to my responsibilities as the company's TD, I had a voice in the non-profit's structure and basic policies, attending board meetings and providing my recommendations as a theater professional.Primary responsibilities included: - pricing and purchasing materials for set construction for each show in a four to six show season - assisting with hiring designers and all over-hire contractors - building, loading-in and striking of all sets - managing company tools and equipment - over-seeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all shop, rehearsal and performance spaces
