Kenny has 10+ years of experience with various firms specializing in low and high-density residential architecture, high-quality retail and restaurant development, hotel renovations, high-rise office buildings, tenant improvements and large student housing. He is comfortable working in schematic design, design development and construction documents. Kenny is also a capable leader, project manager, delegator, mentor and communicator. Experiences include managing projects from schematic design phases to design and construction documents. Currently, Kenny is overseeing a team of designers on various projects ranging from large student housing projects in California as well as market-rate housing in Los Angeles.
