Formulate methodology, procedures, and processes to attain the clients identified goals.Analyze lease expenditures to assist in profiling lease opportunities, defining future strategies, and developing action plans for several key clients.Perform “desk audits” of all operating expense invoices and escalations from landlords to ensure conformity with the respective lease. Processes put in place resulted in annual savings of 3% to 5% of total annual lease expenditures.
