Some of the best achievements can't be explained with percentages or dollar amounts. Here is a great example of that.Working with a client that had very specific needs for a home. Needed ramps, lower price range due to income. So I took the lead on finding houses that were red tagged. took a few months but got one! Worked with an investor to buy the home and sell it to my client. (Investor was also a veteran so wanted the house to go to a veteran.) Used a VA renovation loan for my client to renovate the house to her specified needs. This purchase and renovation mortgage loan was waaaaay cheaper than buying a house that was already updated. Plus, she didn't have to come out of pocket for the renovations. Always think creativity in an analytical way.
