Lead on-demands external team members to develop the new generation Applicant Tracking System(ATS), as principal engineer and project manager.As a developer, I am in charge of the Material powered UI, designing and maintaining each part of a unique matching system that can match dozens of jobs and people every day automatically.- Improve the matching system bottleneck, now the system can pair over 20000+ jobs per day by a custom Redis queue.- Improve and reduce the frontend page loading speed over 3s by the service worker cache.- Implement country-based routing based on Route 53 by AWS China and Global site(Because of the China clients).
