All In set the bold goal to reduce overall homelessness 25% by 2025.-ALL INside is a first-of-its kind initiative to address unsheltered homelessness across the country.-Federal Team Lead duties include, but are not limited to:(1) Build community relationships and serve as the primary federal point of contact for Phoenix/Maricopa.(2) Partner with the community and federal experts to develop an actionable workplan.(3) Provide day-to-day coordination and leadership of federal agency experts from across government.(4) Provide strategic advice to community leadership focused on unsheltered homelessness.(5) Track progress and identify risks to the project success, problem solve and escalate as needed.(6) Work across complex systems, develop actionable plans, and lead interdisciplinary teams.(7) Build capacity of local governments and organizations to respond to, reduce, and prevent unsheltered homelessness.
